03/05/2005 Entry: "Liverpool are through to the final!!!!!!"
Can't possibly describe how elated i am that Liverpool FC are through to the final of the Champions League Cup after beating the so called mighty Chelsea 1-0....it's so much more than just getting to the final, it's the pure delight at stopping Chelsea from getting the treble and shoving those 'we will win' comments and 'were the best' comments back down their throats.....If we lose to AC Milan i won't shed a tear....the job is done 
Of course all were gonna hear for the next tens years now is about the validity of the goal but by rights they should of been down to ten men after that blatant foul by Cech....

however much i hate liverpool (and chelsea), and however much that wasn't a goal! i say good luck to them, being a patriot means that i will get behind any english team (except ARSEnal) if they get to the final! so come may 25th i will be shouting liverpool on....but don't tell anyone

Was on the edge of my seat, especially Chelsea's second half free kick where Dudek made a terrific save and Robbens shot had me covering my eyes. The worst bit was when Gudjonsen (Spelling?) could have scored but blasted it accross the face of goal!!! How I loved the look on Jose face at full time. There are some things money cant buy...

The goal is irrelevent, had the ref not waved on play, Cech would have been red carded and sent off, a penalty would have been awarded which some poor sod from the Chelsea field would have had to try and save and they would have been down to ten men...so the ref did us no favours to be perfectly frank...Chelsea should thank thier lucky starts we didn't smack them back to the dark ages of football

I agree with the goal mouth incident, i just don't think it was a goal!, but thats besides the point, it was givn and Liverpool face AC Milan in the final, who by the way looked nothing like a decent team last night against PSV who taught them how to play football, and it was a lucky away goal that got them through. good news for liverpool.

Yeah..never got yo see the PSV-AC Milan game but i've read various news items that pretty much said the same thing as you Lee..apparently Milan suffer from a very slow back four so Baros and Cisse should scare them shitless
